At the foot of the Zakimi Castle ruins, there is a bagel shop that is only open two days a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. They have a lineup of about 10 different kinds of bagels. In the summer, they have bagels made with tropical fruits such as passion fruit and dragon fruit, and in the winter, they also have vegetable bagels made with potatoes and carrots.

The bagels are made with natural yeast and fermented at low temperatures, giving them a chewy texture that is addictively delicious. The bagels made with "chinnuku (Okinawa taro)" and purple yam grown by the owner's family, as well as bagels topped with chinsuko, make great souvenirs.
