While enjoying local cocktails such as the &#8220;<em>Shochu<\/em> Mojito&#8221; made with Aso&#8217;s natural water and red beef jerky, guests can learn the origins of the caldera and try making their own &#8220;My Caldera,&#8221; which shows how the caldera was formed.
