エネルギッシュな日本 Energetic Japan
この旅行をした後で思い返してみると、日本は、最初に思っていたよりも素敵な場所でした。日本は、優雅で、おしゃれで、礼儀正しい、それだけの国だと思っていました。でも、日本は非常にエネルギッシュにもなれるということを知り、驚きました。日本ではパラグライダーを体験してみました。すごくかっこよくて、もう長い間、いつかはやってみたいと思っていたのですが、日本でできるとは思いませんでした。パラグライダーは私にとって初めての体験で、空からの眺めは美しいものでした。日本には美しい山や草原が数多くあり、パラグライダーやスキーといったアウトドア活動に非常に適しています。日本の鮮やかで魅力的な自然の風景は、旅行を終えてからもしっかりと目に焼きついています。
Japan becomes a much better place than I thought before after this trip. I thought that Japan was just a quite elegant, fashionable and very polite city before. I am surprised that Japan can be so energetic as well. I have tried the para glider here, it is so cool, I have been wanted to try this for a long time, but I did not expected that I will do it once in Japan. Trying para glider is a new experience for me, the view up above the para glider is beautiful. Japan has many beautiful mountains and grassland, which is very suitable for outdoor activities, such as para glider and ski. The vivid and charming nature scenic in Japan left distinct image in my mind after the trip.
記憶に残った体験を教えてください。
素晴らしい乗馬体験 Remarkable Horseback Riding
乗馬は、間違いなく素晴らしい体験でした。人間と馬がそこまで仲良くなれるのだということを、実感しました。牧場の方々は、馬を子供ででもあるかのように褒めます。背中や鼻先を撫でて、乗せてくれたことへの感謝の気持を伝えるのです。美しく輝く茶色の毛並みの馬に乗ったのですが、非常によく訓練されており、世話もされているということが分かりました。馬に乗るのは非常に面白い体験です。新しい視点からの景色が開けるからです。私は初めて乗馬したので、馬にいやな思いをさせないようにと思いながら乗りました。
Horseback riding was a remarkable experience for sure. I can feel how close people and the horses can be. The riders of the horse farm will praise the horses like their kids and thank you for their effort by touching their back and nose after a ride. Riding on the horse with beautiful shiny brown fur, I can feel that it was well trained and took care. It is interesting riding on the horse, which gives you a new angle of view. I hope that I did not make it feel uncomfortable, as I was not experienced in horse riding.

和室に一目惚れ Japanese-style Room Fever
いつも友達と旅行する時は、目的地から目的地へと大忙しで移動することが多く、旅行の中でホテルがこんなに重要な位置を占めるようになるとは、考えてもみませんでした。和室での生活を体験できたのはとても良かったと思います。畳にはとても思い入れがあり、良い匂いがして実に快適でした。非常に気に入りました。一杯の美味しいお茶と、あたたかく受け入れてくれる温泉とがあれば、心に抱えているものや肩に背負い込んでいるものを全て投げ出して、平和でリラックスした気持ちになれるのです。
Every time, when I go to a trip with my friends, we are always rushing from destinations to destinations, I have never thought that a hotel will become a crucial part of my travel. It was a very good experience living in the Japanese-styled room. Tatami is really special for me and is very comfortable with good smell, I definitely love it. Living together with a nice cup of tea and a warm-hearted hot spring, you can totally throw away all the stones in your heart and burdens on your shoulder, becoming peaceful and relaxed.

親切にしてくれたタカハシファミリー Kind Takahashi Family
3年前、学校の見学旅行で一度東京に行ったことがあります。短い期間でしたが、タカハシさんのご家族にホストファミリーになっていただきました。それ以来、お互いに顔を合わせてはいませんでした。数年前にはそんなことができるとは思っていませんでしたが、この機会を利用して、再会が果たせるので非常に楽しみでした。タカハシさんご夫妻は東京からいらしてくださり、松本城や松本美術館を案内してくださいました。以前と変わらず大変に親切にしてくださり、とても楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。後になって、娘さんのユズキさんとも東京で会いました。お互いに遠く離れて、違う文化に属しながら暮らしていても、仲良しであり続けるということはとても大切だと思います。
Three years ago, I have been to Tokyo once by a school study tour, the Takahashi family was my host family shortly. Since then, we have never seen each other again. I am thrilled that we can meet again by this occasion, which I have never imagined years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Takahashi came from Tokyo, and guided me around Matsumoto castle and the Matsumoto Museum, they are as so kind and nice as before, we have really good time and I enjoy it a lots. Later, I gathered with their daughter Yuzuki also in Tokyo. It is so precious to maintain a good relationship of people who are living so far away and share different culture.
日本の好きなこと／嫌いなことを教えてください。
好きなこと
今回は初めての一人旅でしたので、どうしても不安になる部分がありました。でも、旅の途中で会った日本の皆さんはとても親切で優しく、非常に感銘を受けました。最初の食事は居酒屋のような場所で摂りましたが、女亭主は無言で温かく美味しい料理を出してくれました。外は雨が降っていたので、傘まで貸してくれました。ホテルのスタッフはいつでも笑顔で世話をしてくれます。道やエレベーターで知らない人に出会っても、おはようございますと挨拶を交わします。人と人との関係が非常に密接で礼儀正しいと感じました。香港の日常生活でこのようなことをしている人はほとんどいないでしょう。私は日本語を流暢には話せませんし、日本では英語が得意でない人も多いですが、日本の皆さんと短いながらもおしゃべりをしたのは楽しい経験でした。
This is my first travel on my own, there is a bit nervous unavoidably. However, the Japanese I met during the travel was so gentle and nice that I am quite impressed. My first meal is in the restaurant as in a tavern, the proprietress served me with a warm and delicious meal wordlessly and even rented me an umbrella as it was raining outside. The staff of the hotels are caring with smiles on their face all time. Even when I met a strange on the street or in an elevator, we will say good morning to each other, which people’s relationship is very close and polite that I do not think most Hong Kong people may doing this in their daily life. Although I cannot speak fluent Japanese as some of them are not familiar with English, I do enjoy the short chatting with Japanese.
嫌いなこと
日本の好きではない部分ですが、全てがうまく行ったので、なかなか思いつきません。どうしてもということであれば、「時間の管理」が私にとってはちょっと厳しかったかもしれません。日本人は、時間に正確であることや、決まり事を重視します。交通機関がほぼ時間通りに到着することを含め、なんでも予定通りに物事を進めるのは、とても良い習慣だと思います。旅行者にとってはスケジュール通りに行動しやすいと言えます。しかし、私のように何でもぎりぎりにならないとやらない旅行者にとっては、イベントや予約を入れた時間に間に合わず、キャンセルしなければならない場合も出てきてしまいます。そうしたことから、日本での旅行中は、時間に遅れることのないよう、少しプレッシャーを感じてしまいます。絶対に遅れまいと、何度も腕時計を見てしまうのです。
It is hard to say any things which I do not like in Japan, all the things go well. If I must have to say something about this, I think that ‘time management’ is a bit troublesome to me. Japanese pay quite a lot of attention on timing and promises, although it is very good habit that all the things are happened on time, for example the transportation arrived in time mostly. Hence, it is very good for a traveler handling their schedule. However, for a traveler like me who always do things at the last minute, I may easily missing the time of some events, bookings or reservations, which may result in cancellation of the event. So when I travel to Japan, I have a bit pressure for not missing the time, and I always keep on looking my watch to make sure that I will not miss anything.
