Restaurant is directly managed by "Wagyu Kingdom Uemura Farm," which handles everything from breeding to fattening the "Shiraoi Beef," a brand of Wagyu beef. Guests can enjoy steaks and hamburgers made from "Uemura Wagyu," Shiraoi beef produced at Uemura Farm. Uemura Wagyu beef, which is raised freely and roams the spacious farm, has an excellent balance of red meat packed with deep umami flavor and fat with a mellow sweetness. The sirloin steak, which is closest to the rump of the loin and has a fine, tender texture, is a dish that allows you to directly experience the appeal of Uemura Wagyu beef.

The restaurant serves a course menu consisting of an appetizer, soup, and main course, but the green forest that spreads out beyond the large windows is soothing, allowing you to relax and enjoy your meal without any stress. The interior of the restaurant is decorated with the image of the owner's beloved film, Harry Potter, and the relaxed atmosphere is accented with a sense of playfulness. This cafe is run by a social welfare corporation in Shiraoi Town and is a symbol of Upopoy (Ethnic Coexistence Symbolic Space)."Welcome Square"It is located in. The menu features dishes using ingredients closely related to Ainu culture, such as "Ohau," a soup dish of simmered salmon and vegetables seasoned with salt, "Yukkatsu Curry" made with Ezo deer meat, and "Salmon and Salmon Roe Oyakodon." Don't miss out on the unique sweets and drinks, such as "Peneimo," a dumpling made from frozen potatoes, "Piyapa's Amazake," made with barnyard millet and rice malt, and "Kamuitonot," a traditional sake brewed by a Hokkaido sake brewery.

"Rimuse" is an Ainu word meaning "dance." The Ainu embroidered patchwork displayed in the store was created by the "Giant Patchwork Association Connecting Everyone's Hearts" in Shiraoi Town. It is imbued with the hope that the circle of people who accept each other's differences and live together will expand. Located in the entrance area of "Upopoy (Symbolic Space for Ethnic Coexistence)", Restaurant offers creative dishes that incorporate the traditional cooking method of smoking over a campfire, as well as nuts and wild plants familiar to the Ainu people. Yuk (Ezo deer) is a staple food of the Ainu people along with Kamuychep (salmon), and is low in fat and rich in minerals. The "campfire roasted yuk (Ezo deer)" is moist and tender with no odor, and the powerful flavor of the red meat and the aroma of smoke are impressive. It is served as a course meal with soup and bread.

Inside the restaurant, firewood for the hearth is piled up, and the interior is decorated with an abundance of wood, with carved reliefs decorating the walls creating a warm atmosphere. Behind the full-length glass is a serene view of Lake Poroto, and on sunny days you can enjoy a moment of openness on the terrace. In addition to lunch courses, light meals, sweets and alcoholic beverages are also available, making it suitable for a variety of occasions. This is a homely restaurant run by energetic grandmas. They serve home-cooked meals using locally grown wild plants and seasonal ingredients. The "Grandma Set" is a set made by veteran Staff/staff member,Wife"Chan" plans the menu for the daily set meal every day. Not only the main dish, but each side dish is carefully prepared, and the delicious, nutritious dishes will satisfy both your stomach and your heart.
There are also other dishes on the menu, such as the stylish-looking "Chicken and Vegetable Medicinal Masala Curry" and the "Special Atka Hotpot Hotdog" with fried Atka mackerel. The shop also sells souvenirs such as Grandma's special oyaki, wild herb tea, and handmade goods.

Restaurant is attached to a ranch and offers casual dining with Uemura Wagyu beef, produced at the Wagyu Kingdom Uemura Farm, which breeds and fattens the branded Wagyu beef Shiraoi Beef. They offer take-out hamburgers as the main item, as well as hamburger sets and curry for eat-in. The Shiraoi Beef King Raclette Cheese Burger is their most popular hamburger, made with a patty that is made with a focus on simply enjoying the meat, and topped with rich raclette cheese. The strong meaty texture of the coarsely ground beef patty, combined with the rich homemade demi-glace sauce and creamy cheese, makes for a satisfying and delicious meal.

Healthy cows teach us the meaning of life

The Ishiyama district of Shiraoi, where Wagyu Kingdom Uemura Farm is located, is in the mountains, far from the city. At the farm next to Restaurant, cows leisurely graze on grass and roam freely. This environment, where you can get up close and personal with the cows that are being raised with care, makes you appreciate the precious lives that you are receiving. There are benches and hammocks in the free deck space next to Restaurant, so you can devour a hearty hamburger while gazing at the magnificent natural scenery, giving you a sense of satisfaction that is all the more special.

A hidden gem of a cafe where you can taste the traditional Ainu food "Ohau"

This Ainu culture cafe is run by the Shiraoi Ainu Association. At lunchtime from 11:00, they serve the traditional Ainu food "ohau." Ohau is a soup made with meat, fish, and wild vegetables available in each region, seasoned with salt and fat. Pirasare uses salmon from Shiraoi and adds root vegetables such as potatoes and carrots instead of wild vegetables to make it more suitable for modern tastes. The moderate saltiness of the salmon and the rich flavor of the light kelp stock go well with the fragrant inakibi rice, making it a dish that will have you eating your chopsticks in no time.

In addition to Ainu costumes and mats on display in the store, embroidered accessories and woodcarvings made by members of an Ainu embroidery group in Shiraoi town are also on display and available for purchase. Some of Staff/staff member are also embroiderers, so if you ask them when it's not busy, they'll tell you about Ainu patterns. "Pirasare" means "to spread" in Ainu. The name is imbued with the desire to spread the handmade traditions that are rooted in the lives of the Ainu people, along with the taste of mother's cooking that has been passed down to them.
