Groups
How do I make a group reservation? What are the group rates?
Group rates are available for groups of 20 or more. Please check here for details.
Does the group rate apply if the group of 20 includes "disability discounts" or "elementary school students"?
Yes. As long as there are at least 20 “paying visitors” (excluding infants who are free), the group rate applies. Payment must be made in a single lump sum for the total amount.
Can we get the group rate if we arrive as a group of 20 without a reservation?
Onsite sales are possible only if there are openings in the time slots. However, if advance reservations are sold out, you cannot enter. Additionally, we cannot provide parking for large buses without notice, so please consider booking at least 3 days in advance.
How do I change the number of people after the reservation deadline (9:00, 3 days prior)?
Changes cannot be made via the system, so please contact the facility directly. If the number increases: We can accommodate this if there is room in the building; please pay for the additional people onsite. If the number decreases: We accept notice via phone or email. However, a cancellation fee applies for same-day cancellations.
Please tell me more about the cancellation policy.
There is no fee (0%) until the day before. A 100% cancellation fee applies on the day of the visit.
What happens if our numbers drop below 20?
Group reservations require at least 20 paying visitors. If the number drops below 20 by the day before, the group reservation and bus parking slot will be canceled. In that case, you will need to purchase “General Tickets” individually.
I booked the "No Bus Parking" option. Can we just drop off/pick up near the entrance?
Drop-off and pick-up are allowed at the designated area. Please note you may have to wait during busy times.
What if we are going to be late (or early) for our reserved time?
If your arrival time changes by more than 15 minutes, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we manage bus entry/exit on an hourly basis, we may have to refuse parking or ask you to wait for entry depending on the time.
Can we split the payment between "cash" and "credit card" on the day?
Group rates require a “single lump-sum payment by the representative.” Please consolidate the payment into one method.
Can the receipt be split?
We only provide a single consolidated receipt for the total group payment.
