While same-day cancellations normally incur a cancellation fee, if you are unable to visit due to public transportation closures, please cancel your reservation via “My Page” and contact us using the form below. We will issue a refund at a later date.

Refunds and cancellations are processed on a per-group basis (per purchase transaction); partial cancellations for individual group members are not possible. If you need to change part of your reservation, please cancel the entire booking and complete a new reservation.
