Stay Cool This Summer: Limited-Time Content Starting August!
Nara Prison Museum is celebrating its very first summer!
Here are some special ways to enjoy learning while staying cool during your visit.
Step into the shade and beat the heat. Visitors will receive an original hand fan supervised by TSDO, led by Taku Sato, the museum’s Art Director. Which design will you get? It’s a surprise for the day of your visit!
Created when Nara Prison was first established as a place of relaxation, the garden is now equipped with wind chimes and mist showers to offer a cool, refreshing atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to take a break.
The Museum Café is serving sparkling soda made with local Nara fruits. Pair it with a spiced curry bun for a refreshing treat!
Since tickets must be reserved in advance, you can enjoy a comfortable viewing environment without overwhelming crowds.
Why not drop by Nara Prison Museum to cool off a bit this summer?
