Operation and Ticket Information regarding Typhoon No. 7 and No. 8

As of June 27, although Typhoon No. 7 and No. 8 are approaching, we currently plan to operate as usual.
If there are any changes to our operating hours due to the weather conditions, we will update this page immediately. Please be sure to check the latest information before your visit.

Regarding cancellations and refunds due to the typhoon, we will handle them as follows:

1. Cancellations by the Customer (Until the day before)
Cancellation Fee: Free of charge.

Procedure: Please complete the cancellation process yourself by the day before your visit.

2. Urgent Cancellations on the Day of the Visit (Due to public transport suspension, etc.)
If you are unable to visit us during our normal operating hours due to transportation disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances, you can receive a refund for your same-day cancellation by filling out this form by June 30. Please note that refunds and cancellations can only be processed for the entire group (per transaction). We cannot accept partial cancellations for only some members of a group. Thank you for your understanding.

3. In the event of “Temporary Closure”
Pre-purchased tickets will be refunded automatically (no action is required on your part).

*To Customers with Reservations for the “Central Ward Tour” (中央看守所見学):
Due to system limitations, all customers who have booked the “Central Ward Tour” are kindly requested to cancel the reservation themselves, regardless of the circumstances.
