Restaurant is surrounded by nature and is located in the "Art Forest" art Property in Minami-ku, Sapporo, which also houses a museum and workshop. In the summer, it operates as a buffet, and in the winter, it serves take-out menu items such as rice balls and pork soup.
The special rice balls on the winter menu are made with "Fukkuriinko" rice from Yoshimoto Farm in Imakane Town in southern Hokkaido. They are plump, slightly sweet, and chewy.
