The firewood piled up in front of the store creates a wonderful atmosphere. The pizza, which is made by chopping hardwood from Okinawa Prefecture one by one by hand with a special axe and baking it in the pizza oven inside the store, is exquisite. There are many pizza restaurants, but there are probably not many that chop firewood in front of the store.
They use pizza dough that has been aged for over 48 hours and bake it in a large handmade stone oven, resulting in a pizza that is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
