2Lake Hamana Experience Learning Property Wott

Lake Hamana is a rare lake where freshwater and seawater mix, and is home to a wide variety of living creatures. The Lake Hamana Experience Learning Property Wotto is an Experience Property where you can learn about the ecology of the creatures and fish that live in Lake Hamana in a fun way.
The museum consists of four areas: the Lake Theater, which shows original films depicting the natural environment of Lake Hamana on a 150-inch large screen; the Aqua Zone, which displays 20 aquariums showing the seafood that lives around Lake Hamana and the Enshu Nada Sea; the Experience Zone, which is popular for its touch tanks where you can touch tropical fish directly; and the Learning Zone, where you can play games and participate in experiments.
Plenty of events for adults to enjoy too

Various Experience events are held mainly on weekends, with the most popular being the "Underwater TV Talking" held every Sunday and public holiday. Divers dive into a huge tank containing about 120 tons of water, feed the fish, take quizzes, and conduct underwater experiments. You can also talk to the divers, who are equipped with communication devices and underwater cameras, so feel free to ask them anything you're curious about while watching the underwater scene on the monitor.
Once you've satisfied your intellectual curiosity, take a short break. On a sunny day, we recommend relaxing on the observation deck on the third floor while gazing at Mt. Fuji.
