"Senri no Kaze" is a specially made yokan (jelly bean paste) designed in reference to the tiger in the store's name. Tigers are said to travel a thousand miles and return a thousand miles, and are considered to be both brave and mystical. The yellow and black tiger pattern, created by the techniques of a skilled craftsman, expresses the dynamism of a tiger running through the wind.
