How to Use

With a Hoshino Resorts
Account

  • Image

    Click the link in your email and log in to your My Page using your email and password.

  • Image

    Scroll down to the bottom of the confirmation page and click "Proceed to Change Booking."

  • Image

    Enter your new details (dates, guests, room type, etc.) and save.

Without an Account

  • Image

    Click the email link, enter your "Booking Retrieval Number" and "Password" in the designated section, and click "Retrieve Booking."

  • Image

    Click "Retrieve Booking," scroll down to the bottom of the confirmation page, and click "Proceed to Change Booking."

  • Image

    Once the change screen appears, you can update your dates, guest count, room type, or any other details.

Fees & Cancellations

Even if You Change Your
Room or Guest Count!

No handling fees for changing your room type or guest count, as long as your stay dates remain the same. Need to change your dates? Easily reschedule for a small handling fee of just ¥1,000.
