Located in the center of the village, the “Ice Plaza” is a new relaxation space in the Ice Village. Enjoy the fantastical townscape while sitting on benches made of ice around a fireplace. You can also enjoy warm drinks from the “Ice Parlor” or roast marshmallows over the open fire.
Temperature is a key element in the Ice Village, a town that appears only on winter nights. The “Ice Temperature Tower” is a new symbol of the village. Take a commemorative photo with the temperature displayed on the tower to remember your visit.
The Ice Parlor offers frozen cakes and ice cream sodas inspired by the fantastical atmosphere of the Ice Village. Cakes can be taken out and enjoyed back in your room. Although delicious while frozen, you can also enjoy the change in texture as the cake thaws slightly. Warm coffee, tea, and marshmallows are also available. Take a break with cold sweets and drinks in the nostalgic atmosphere of the parlor, with warm lighting and candles.

Ice Bar
The “Ice Bar” is a dome where you can enjoy alcoholic beverages in a space with a bar counter and cellar made of ice. Over 50 different drinks are served in glasses made of ice. New for 2024-25 are three types of “Frozen Fruit Cocktails” using frozen mixed berries, kiwi, and orange. These colorful cocktails offer a unique, icy texture from the frozen fruit.

Ice Ramen Shop
When it comes to Hokkaido gourmet, ramen is a must-try. This year, the “Ice Ramen Shop” will once again serve “Ice Ramen” with cold noodles, cold soup, and frozen toppings in a bowl made of ice. The soup uses Hokkaido kelp broth, and the oboro konbu (shredded kelp) topping adds depth to the flavor. Experience a new world of ramen with icy soup and toppings .
New this winter are gyoza and beer to enjoy with your ramen. Dip the piping hot gyoza into the frozen dipping sauce for a surprising and delicious combination of textures and flavors in your mouth. The beer is served in a glass made of ice, so you can enjoy it ice-cold.

A new boutique with a shop window made of ice will open. It offers items to help you enjoy the Ice Village even more. Rent matching coats for adults and children to make your commemorative photos in the ice town even more memorable. The boutique also offers ice-themed accessories and accessories that change color with the temperature.

Ice Post Office
The Ice Post Office with its ice post box will return this winter. Purchase postcards inside the dome and mail them anywhere in the world. This winter, they will also sell postcards that change color with the temperature. Write down the current temperature on the card as a memento.

The Ice General Store offers a variety of goods with an ice and snow theme. Browse the ice shelves for crafts, candles, Ice Village-themed mugs, and other souvenirs.

The Ice Slide is a playground where you can slide down from the Ice Village observation deck into the town. With a smaller ice slide for children, this popular activity can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

Ice Rink
Enjoy ice skating while taking in the fantastical scenery at the ice rink created by the natural cold. Skate rentals are available, so anyone can easily join in the fun.

The Ice Hotel offers a one-of-a-kind accommodation experience, limited to one group per day, in a space where the ceiling, walls, floor, and furniture are all made of ice. New this winter is an ice terrace with chairs and a table made of ice. Enjoy the hotel’s minibar on the terrace with a view of the illuminated birch trees.
The open-air bath surrounded by ice offers stunning views of the starry sky above and the icy world around you on clear days. Immerse yourself in the fantastical world of ice while experiencing the tranquility of nature in this unique space.

Built with a single piece of ice, the Ice Chapel embodies the concept of “an unbroken continuation of two people’s pure feelings.” The altar, cross, aisle, and chairs are all made of ice and snow.
