Oirase Keiryu Hotel Unveils “Oirase Autumn Foliage Luxury Stay”

A three-day, two-night stay that immerses guests in once-in-a-lifetime autumn scenery from dawn to dusk, featuring a privately chartered open-air bath, onsen, seasonal drinks, and guided experiences with a Stream Concierge.

Keiryu Terrace (Late October to Early November)

Oirase Keiryu Hotel by Hoshino Resorts, the only resort hotel located along the Oirase Mountain Stream, will offer the “Oirase Autumn Foliage Luxury Stay” accommodation plan from October 24 to November 9, 2026. This plan allows guests to fully enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime, spectacular view and immerse themselves in autumn scenery from morning to night. In addition to exclusive views of autumn foliage from the in-room private onsen, guests can unwind in the grandeur of nature dressed in autumn colors, complemented by special autumn-inspired drinks and two foliage-viewing activities guided by a Stream Concierge.

Feature 1: Keiryu Suite Room for an Exclusive Autumn Foliage and Onsen Experience
Guests can enjoy a stay in the Keiryu Suite Room, which offers a panoramic view of autumn foliage through a large window. They are welcomed with a sweet treat to enjoy while admiring the fall colors. Guests can relax in onsen while enjoying autumn leaves illuminated by the sun and bird songs at dawn, or vibrant colors under nighttime lights.

Feature 2: Four Special Autumn Foliage Drinks Inspired by the Colors of the Oirase Mountain Stream

To enhance the stay, the hotel offers four autumn-inspired drinks, including non-alcoholic mocktails, so guests can enjoy the colors and aromas of autumn along the Oirase Mountain Stream.

・Beech Leaf Cocktail: Inspired by the golden-glowing autumn leaves of beech trees visible from the Keiryu Suite Room.
・Katsura Maple Cocktail: Expressing the color transitions of the Katsura maple as it shifts from green to yellow, and finally to red.
・Katsura Milk Tea: A milk tea expressing the sweet, caramel-like fragrance of Katsura leaves.
・Autumn Foliage Cider: A cider drink featuring a deep crimson color and a refreshing acidity.

Feature 3: Three Activities to Discover Spectacular Autumn Foliage
Along the Oirase Mountain Stream, over 100 deciduous broadleaf species, including beech and Katsura, create a vibrant autumn scenery. The plan offers three activities for guests to enjoy the stunning autumn views and memorable experiences.

“Keiryu Open Bus Tour”: Golden Hues Unfold Before Your Eyes
The Keiryu Open Bus Tour allows guests to admire the autumn foliage up close from an open, double-decker bus standing 3 meters high. A Stream Concierge reserves the best seat for viewing the leaves as sunlight filters through the mountain stream. Guests can enjoy driving through a golden forest with a 360-degree view of autumn colors.

“Spectacular Foliage Stroll”: Exclusive Early-Morning Views in Crisp Air
During the Spectacular Foliage Stroll, a Stream Concierge guides guests early morning to the most vibrant foliage spots along Oirase Mountain Stream or Lake Towada. In dawn's quiet, dew sparkles in the rising sun, bathing the stream in golden light. Away from crowds, guests experience autumn leaves with all senses, enjoying a unique season moment.
"Towada Sauna": Unwinding Mind and Body While Gazing at Lake Towada Colored by Autumn Leaves
Guests can enjoy "Towada Sauna," a private sauna standing on the shore of Lake Towada. It is a moment to gaze at the calm lake surface and autumn foliage spreading outside the window while wrapped in the gentle heat of a wood-burning stove. After thoroughly warming up, guests can cool down by immersing themselves in majestic Lake Towada and enjoy outdoor cooling off from a prime seat on the lakeside. Enveloped in the cool autumn breeze and the spectacular view of trees dyed gold and red, reflecting on the water's surface, guests can slowly unwind both mind and body.Towada Sauna (©熊原哲也)
