The City of Matsumoto has a long history as a city of music–even today, it hosts a summer festival organized by renowned maestro Seiji Ozawa. KAI Matsumoto pays homage to the city by organizing nightly concerts in the ryokan’s lobby, a cavernous space with excellent acoustics.
You can enjoy an extraordinary time immersed in music with an original hot wine in your hand in a space surrounded by warm, flickering lights in the spacious lobby.
