There are six ski resorts within an hour's drive of Sapporo City, and you can enjoy Hokkaido's fine powder snow to your heart's content at OMO3 Sapporo Susukino. Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort
The Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort is a 75 minute drive from central Sapporo. Buses are also available from the city of Sapporo, making this an authentic ski slope that is easily accessible to those who are not comfortable driving on snowy roads. It features smooth powder snow at an altitude of 1100 m and a long course with a maximum gliding distance of 3600 m that allows you to glide leisurely. The gondola that takes you straight to the summit is hooded and very comfortable!
Sapporo Teine Ski Resort
About 60 minutes by car from central Sapporo. One of the largest ski slopes in the suburbs of Sapporo where you can enjoy a variety of 15 courses, including the course that was used as the ski competition venue for the 1972 Sapporo Olympics, the famous "Kitakabe" course, and the city view course where you can ski while overlooking the city of Sapporo.
Sapporo Moiwayama Ski Resort
Only 20 minutes by car from central Sapporo. You can enjoy skiing while overlooking the city of Sapporo from Mt. Moiwa, which is also known as one of Japan's most famous night views. Since its opening in 1960, it is the only ski resort in Hokkaido that has been popular with Sapporo citizens.

If you want to enjoy the food of Susukino while having a special experience that is unique to the city, we recommend the Restaurant Hopping Tour with the OMO Rangers at the long-established restaurant Suginome and Utari, which serves local dishes and robatayaki. First, sit at the counter at the famous old restaurant Suginome to see how local Hokkaido cuisine is prepared. You can enjoy a seasonal dish with an apéritif in the form of local sake at a reasonable price.
