From December 1 to 25, limited-edition menu items and a Christmas event featuring a star motif inspired by the snow-covered Goryokaku will be available for a limited time only.
The neighborhood bakery yamanakashi has created two types of specially made sablefish for a limited winter menu.
1. Hakodate Berries' Raspberry Jam Sandwich (Sable Linzer)
The sweet and sour taste of Hakodate raspberries spreads in your mouth with this moist sable. The aroma of cinnamon and hazelnuts remind us of the coming of winter.
Baked in an original mold, the cute appearance is also appealing.
2. speculoos
Richly flavored sablé with the aroma of cinnamon, anise, and other spices.
It is recommended to be served with a hot drink.
This original cocktail is inspired by the number "five" in the name Goryokaku (Five Corners Fort). It features a luxurious blend of five berries and herbs.
Based on sparkling wine, the cocktail incorporates five ingredients: raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, and mint, symbolizing the number "five" of Goryokaku. The drink is topped with a foamy layer infused with the spicy aroma of five-spice powder, a blend of star anise and Sichuan peppercorns, and a floating raspberry.
The OMO base is adorned with festive Christmas colors, twinkling star-shaped lamps, and the soothing sounds of Christmas jazz records carefully selected by the master of the nearby jazz cafe, "jazz spot leaf".
