Background
As one of Japan’s leading snow resorts, the Niseko area is visited by countless tourists from around the world who are looking to experience fine powder snow. Visitors can raft in snowmelt in spring as well as climb Mt. Yotei while enjoying its stunning greenery in summer and autumn colors in fall, making the Niseko area perfect for experiencing nature all year round. This new residence hotel will be built in Niseko to share HOSHINOYA’s spirit of hospitality with people from around the world. At our residence hotel, each guest room will be sold to a unit owner, who can participate in our rental program. Unit owners can use the facility for themselves for certain periods of the year, with Hoshino Resorts operating their rooms as hotel rooms for the rest of the year.
