This event invites guests to enjoy rosé wine amidst a vibrant spring townscape. The hotel's main street, Piment Street, will be adorned with rosé-colored wine glasses and parasols in various shades of rosé, creating a cheerful and festive atmosphere. New this year are six types of finger foods designed to pair perfectly with rosé wine. Guests can explore the diverse flavors of rosé, which vary depending on the grape variety and production method, through delightful food and wine pairings. Additionally, the event will feature "Introduction to Rosé Wine Tasting," providing those who are new to wines with a relaxed opportunity to learn about rosé wine flavors and production methods. Yamanashi Prefecture, where the resort is located, is now renowned as a world-class wine region, and its climate, with distinct seasonal changes, provides an ideal environment for winemaking. Feature 1: Piment Street Turnes Pink with Rosé-Themed DecorationsPiment Street will be decorated with approximately 2,000 rosé-colored wine glasses suspended overhead. Complementing the overhead display, eight different colored parasols will be installed, representing the diverse hues of rosé wines, which vary depending on grape variety and production method. Guests can enjoy the springtime ambiance while gazing at the rosé-colored wine glasses glistening against the blue sky, sipping rosé wine, and freely indulging in the delights of spring.
Feature 2: NEW - Six Types of Finger Foods to Pair with Rosé WineSix new types of finger foods will be available at the food trucks on Piment Street. These include berry tarts with three types of berries infused with red wine flavor, berry macarons with a concentrated raspberry flavor, and bruschetta with smoked rainbow trout, celery, and orange. All finger foods are unified by a rosy color palette, creating a gorgeous spring-like visual presentation. Pairing wines selected by sommeliers will also be available, allowing guests to explore the diverse flavors of rosé wines, which vary depending on grape variety and production method.

This experience allows guests to discover their preferred rosé wines while learning how temperature and glass shape can further enhance the taste of rosé wines.
