Closed for renovation from September 2025A ryokan nestled in the historic Asama Onsen, which flourished as the inner parlor of National Treasure Matsumoto Castle and even had a hot spring for the castle lord. It will close for renovation from September 2025, with plans to reopen by next summer.

Guest rooms and hot spring buildings line both sides along the "Gangi," a traditional snow-country-style covered walkway.
