Enjoy a smooth, wait-free check-in experience using our tablets. If you arrive early, you can complete the "pre-check-in" process. After 3:00 PM, you’ll simply need to pick up your room key. Pre-check-in is available from 5:00 AM on the day of arrival. Please visit the front desk if you wish to use this service.

Just drop your room key into the return box to complete your check-out! Feel free to relax and make yourself at home in the 2nd Room even after checking out.

There are approximately 170 large-capacity lockers. There are small, medium and large locker sizes, so you can use them according to your needs. You can take them in and out freely before and after check-in.

Park your car at the hotel and head straight to the theme park via our free shuttle bus! Parking is only 500 yen for 12 hours. With automatic payment machines (1F) for a smooth checkout, you can make the most of your time until the very last minute.

A convenient free shuttle bus runs between Tokyo Disney Resort® / JR Shin-Urayasu Station and the hotel. Between 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM, the bus operates at intervals as short as 5 minutes between the park and the hotel. We minimize travel stress to support your journey.

To match park hours, the breakfast buffet at "Restaurant" opens early at 6:00 AM, featuring our signature American-style Reuben sandwiches. For those returning late, "Cafeteria" stays open until 11:00 PM, serving freshly prepared, satisfying meals.
