“Yoppara ” means“ a lot ” in the Aizu dialect. This is an event where you can enjoy sake from Aizu, one of the leading sake breweries with 30 breweries.
Comparing Japanese Sake
The main event of the Aizu Yoppala Sake Festival is the Aizu Nomurier Competition. Five kinds of sake are judged by tasting and comparing.
Selling 100 types of sake
During the festival, there will be 100 kinds of sake available, including local sake and sake from Kanzo prize-winning breweries.
You can get your own favorite sake.
