Limitations on the Use of Public Facilities
【Important Notice】
To prevent overcrowding and ensure a smooth experience, access to the 10th-floor areas (Rooftop Terrace, Public Bath, and Coworking Space) will be restricted between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.
Please note: Fireworks can be viewed from your guest room (excluding sauna rooms). However, as viewing conditions vary depending on the room type and floor level, we cannot guarantee a specific view.

Access information
Due to traffic restrictions, heavy traffic and significant congestion are expected in the area. As usual, our on-site parking (25 spaces) cannot be reserved in advance. Therefore, we strongly recommend using public transportation to visit us. Please note that public transportation may also operate on a special schedule on the day of the event.
Cancellation fees
The Fireworks Festival Executive Committee (organizers) will announce whether or not the River Fireworks Festival will be held.
【Accommodation】
In the unlikely event that the Fireworks Festival is canceled, the standard cancellation policy will apply if you cancel your accommodation.

7~0days befor Room Rate：30％
No-show Room Rate：100％
JPY 1,000 applies to any date change or cancellation.
