Dedicated staff "Tiganai-jin" supports mindfulness by helping you focus on the present and unlock your senses. They guide your stay with insights into nature’s changes and meaningful conversations for awareness and healing.
At the start and end of your stay, a checklist supervised by Tsuneo Yokokura will be used, including a "Brain Fatigue Test" and "Brain Wellness Test." This helps you objectively track changes in your mind and body before and after your stay
