“Shinshu Winter Experience: Grilling Mochi in the Irori Fireplace ”
This winter, we offer special hospitality by donning traditional handicrafts from the Nagiso region to ward off the cold, and pairing mochi baked to your liking with Shinshu miso.
As you warm up in the Irori Fireplace and talk with your host, you can enjoy a unique winter experience full of Shinshu countryside.
