Izumo is said to have been the birthplace of medicine since ancient times, and the herbal culture has taken root. Through the rich scenery of Hinomisaki and reward sets associated with this culture, we offer a solo trip that satisfies the five senses.
We offer a treat set of herbal teas with a relaxing effect and Shimane's famous sweets. You can enjoy a soothing time with the scenic view of Hinomisaki up close.
Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, is said to be the birthplace of medicine, as Okuninushi no Mikoto, the deity enshrined at Izumo Taisha Shrine, used medicinal herbs for the white rabbit of Inaba. We offer a self-care experience in which herbal balls made from medicinal herbs harvested in Shimane Prefecture are heated in hot spring water and applied to the body to loosen up. You can relax your mind and body by being surrounded by the warmth and scent of herbal balls.
This plan offers rooms with a wide terrace overlooking the Sea of Japan. In your own space, you can relax and enjoy the view of the sky and sea, which change colors every hour. Sunrise is recommended. Watching the sun rise from the horizon with a cup of herbal tea is a blissful moment.
