Winter Cultural Discovery
Tenson korin is the story of how the god Ninigi-no-Mikoto descended from the heavens onto the Kirishima Mountains to bring order to the world. It is Japan’s foundation myth, and this dynamic dance performance will bring it to life.
This winter, Ninigi no Mikoto dressed in gorgeous costumes, dances in the winter scenery of Kirishima. Enjoy a mystical evening with Kagoshima's specialty potato shochu and amazake, which is considered to bring good luck.
