Exclusively for our guests, we have launched a complimentary shuttle service between KAI Okuhida, Takayama Station, and Shirakawa-go during the winter season only. Seats are limited, so please make your reservation early.

Route
① After exiting the ticket gate, head toward the West Exit.
② Go straight until you reach the end.
③ Take the escalator on the left at the end of the hall.
④ After getting off the escalator, proceed with the exit on your left.
⑤ Follow the arrows and proceed through the roundabout.
⑥ We will be waiting for you at the shuttle bus drop-off point.

| Notes | You cannot board the bus if you miss the departure time. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. Operations may be suspended due to weather or disasters. In such cases, please arrange your own transportation via public transport (fees apply). Smoking is prohibited on board. |
| Luggage | Large items such as bicycles or musical instruments may be refused due to limited space. Please send them in advance via delivery service. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of luggage. Please keep valuables with you. |
| Meeting Point | For safety reasons, boarding and alighting are only permitted at designated locations. |
| Other | Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. You cannot stay in the facility before check-in or after check-out (luggage storage is available). |
