・Children are not allowed to participate alone. Please join with a parent or guardian.

・A cancellation fee of 100% of the tour fee will be charged for cancellation on the day due to customer's reasons.

・When the ropeway is suspended, the tour will be held near Sukayu Onsen.

・If the weather is judged to be dangerous, the tour will be cancelled.

If it is decided that the ropeway will be suspended before the departure of the shuttle bus, you can cancel it for free on the day. Depending on the waiting of the ropeway and the amount of snow, the course may be changed. Please note that the tour fee will not be refunded even if the ropeway is suspended or the course is changed after the bus has departed.
