Cotliard Style Jappa-jiru

A new breakfast dish, “Cotliard style jappajiru, ” is now available. Cotliard is a local dish traditionally eaten in the Brittany region of France. We wanted people to enjoy every bit of winter seafood, so we combined “jappajiru ” and“ cotliard, ” a local dish from Aomori Prefecture that uses every bit of fish skin, bones and innards. While gazing at the fantastic snowscape, you can spend a luxurious time warming your body and soul.
