Delays and Boarding Restrictions During Peak Seasons During peak periods such as Golden Week, summer holidays, and the autumn foliage season, significant traffic congestion is expected. Delays: The bus may not be able to operate according to the timetable. Please allow plenty of time for connecting to public transportation or for dinner reservations. Boarding Restrictions: If vehicles cannot return on time due to traffic, we may be unable to arrange extra buses. In such cases, we may decline further boarding once capacity is reached, and you may be asked to wait for the next departure. 2. Cancellations and Changes Due to Bad Weather In the event of severe weather such as heavy rain or typhoons, or associated traffic/trail restrictions, we may change the route (including skipping certain bus stops) or suspend service without prior notice to ensure safety. 3. For Guests Traveling with Pets Pets are welcome on this shuttle bus. To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, please observe the following: ・Pets must be kept inside a cage or carrier bag that completely covers their body. ・For safety and out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets whose head or any part of the body is exposed cannot be permitted on board. ・We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in being considerate of other passengers while on the bus. |
