33Two restaurants to get the most out of Aomori

Service at the the French restaurant starts with an aperitif as you look out over the clear stream at dusk. The cuisine makes full use of the bounty of nature and the seasons, and the fine wines resonate with the harmony created. The buffet is brightened with apples; the unique dishes will make your heart sing. The apple pies baked in the kitchen are exquisite.
