Ukiyo-e Walking

Explore Asakusa, a district whose many famous sights have been depicted in art since old times, with a map in hand by yourself.
Since the Edo period, when ukiyo-e became widely popular, Asakusa has been the setting for various paintings and photographs since it had abundance of landmarks. In this activity, you will tour Asakusa using a special map that marks places actually depicted in ukiyo-e prints or those with deep connections. The map features quizzes that can only be solved by physically visiting the locations. If you answer all the questions correctly, you will receive a prize. You can feel and experience Asakusa deeply while also taking home a special memory from your trip.
