Japanese confectionery hand-making Experience.
Experience hand-making Edo period confections
Raw rakugan is a traditional famous confection that has been around since the Edo period and is characterized by its moist texture. With the cooperation of Rakugan Moroe-ya, a long-established Japanese confectionery shop in Kanazawa, we prepared an experience of not only eating but also making it by hand.
Mix the ingredients together, press together, and you're done! You can choose from 10 different types of press molds, including mizubiki, plum, and OMO's original logo. You can also taste the finished product right away, so you can enjoy its fresh-made texture and natural rustic, gentle sweetness.
