KOGEI and Tea
We have prepared a special evening where you can immerse yourself in Kanazawa's "modern KOGEI (craft)" theme, enjoying KOGEI and tea in a serene nighttime setting.
At OMO Café & Bar, filled with the aroma of roasted twig tea, our staff will brew and serve Kanazawa's beloved twig tea right on the spot. The tea leaves are sourced from a local tea shop in the neighborhood. Additionally, we offer local sweets that pair perfectly with the tea. Enjoy freshly brewed tea and sweets together.
At night, the OMO Cafe & Bar transforms into a space themed around "modern KOGEI," adorned with decorations featuring gold leaf and Kaga mizuhiki. All decorative items are handcrafted by artisans using traditional techniques.
