A fugu stand and fugu tent will be set up in the garden. Come spend a special moment and enjoy fugu oden in this fantastical space, lit by candlelight and bonfires.
At Fugu Stand, we serve oden stewed in fugu broth and mixed with dashi stock. We also serve fugu-shaped hanpen (fish cakes) made with ingredients such as daikon radish, konjac, and fugu paste. They can be enjoyed with condiments such as fugu miso and mustard. The dashi stock goes perfectly with sake and brings out the flavor of the fugu oden.
A 5-meter-long "Fugu Tent" in the shape of a fugu puffer fish will be set up in the Miya-green Garden Area. Come enjoy fugu oden in the tent while listening to recorded music. You can spend your time however you like while staying warm.
