Western food culture that was popular in 1970 x Naniwa gourmet food

Expo limited-time menu
Focusing on the Western food culture that spread at the 1970 Osaka Expo, we offer a food experience that combines new sensations with a local feel, with the concept of "nostalgic, but somehow new."
A dish that feels very Osaka, with Osaka's specialty doteyaki layered on top of the patty. The set includes fries with three types of dipping sauce, including "Napolitan," which evokes the Western food culture of the time, and a nostalgic bottle of cola.
The American dog, which was popular at the time, is topped with dried bonito flakes and other ingredients to give it the appearance of okonomiyaki. It is a new type of dish that can be enjoyed for its okonomiyaki-like flavor and appearance.
