The first time surfing program
~ Available to adults from 8 years old! 3 Step Program for Beginners ~ You can take surfing lessons with ISA-certified coaches at the Wave Pool in Guam's only water park. You can master surfing in the Wave Pool by practicing 3 steps: floating, standing and riding.
Feature1: Make your surfing debut safely at Guam's only wave pool.
One of the largest water parks in Micronesia has Guam's only Wave Pool. Unlike the ocean, surfing in the pool is safe for beginners because there are no reefs or marine life. The Wave Pool also produces waves of various sizes depending on the time of day, making it ideal for surfing and bodyboarding.
Feature 2: Instructed by ISA-certified coaches and taught by experienced professional surfers
The surfing program will be led by Joe, an ISA certified coach who has served as a national coach in Guam and the Philippines. Joe has been teaching surfing lessons for local kids at the water park for more than 15 years, with a desire to show the joy of surfing to kids in Guam. Now, for a limited time, we want guest, who will be staying at RISONAR LEGUAM, to experience surfing.
Feature 3: Master surfing in 3 steps of "floating," "standing" and "riding"
“First Surfing ” is a program where you can make your surfing debut safely and also learn surfing skills by each step until you“ ride the waves ”. In the first half of the program, you will learn how to “float ” and“ stand ” in a wave-free environment, and in the second half, you will try to “ride ” in a wave pool using those skills. Since you can practice the three skills necessary for surfing while having fun understanding each step, you can master surfing skills step by step rather than trying to ride the waves from the beginning.
