【Notice】 Regarding Delivery of Messages Leading to Phishing Sites
Please beware of suspicious e-mails pretending to be from Hoshino Resorts. There have been e-mails sent under the subject such as "Urgent Contact," "Important Notice," "Identification Confirmation," etc. We never ask for important information such as credit card numbers, expiration dates, PINs, etc. via e-mail. If you find a suspicious email as above, please delete it without clicking on the URL in the e-mail.
Notice of Property Renovation Works (Updated May 2026)
At RISONARE Guam, construction is currently underway for the completion of our new "Beach Club" (scheduled to open in October) and "Restaurant CHOCHO" (scheduled to open in August).Due to these works, all beach activities are temporarily suspended. Please note that dust and noise may occur during construction working hours. We will carefully manage the work schedule and process to minimize any inconvenience to our guests.
＊The Water Park remains open and operates as normal with no impact from the construction.
＊The beach in front of the hotel can still be accessed from outside the hotel premises.
＊Our signature event, "Gupot Kanton Tasi," will continue to be held inside the Water Park until the Beach Club opens.

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Entire area in front of the Wing Building
Remarks: No construction is scheduled for weekends, but this is subject to change depending on progress.
