Atelier is located on the 28th floor of the top floor of the hotel with a panoramic view of Osaka Bay. There are no toys in Atelier, but materials that are particular to the real thing are prepared. There is no fixed way to play, but there is an environment where children can see, touch, think, experience it with their whole body, and stay curious, so they can find their "favorite" and play in their own way.

■Take an interest in

At the entrance to Atelier is a gallery that will inspire you to take an interest in things and things. All materials on display are provided to people involved in manufacturing in the local area. It is a place filled with the desire to inspire people to pay attention to their likes through meeting here and spending time with things. (The theme changes depending on the time of year)

■Feel the colors and textures of various objects

The area where materials are gathered under the theme of "colors" is decorated with industrial and natural products, such as Bengala-dyed cloth and leaves that change colors depending on the season. Through color gradients and encounters with shades that can see through the light from the window, we explore the sense of color. In addition, we can feel soft and hard objects and experience that can lead to the discovery of textures and shapes.

■Encounter with tools

Through "drawing," you can also encounter art materials such as paints and brushes used by experts. To give you a sense of the range of hues, we have prepared green paints with light to dark colors and thin or thick brushes. You can also choose what you want to represent as a canvas, and you can paint on whatever you want, such as drawing paper, windows, or large sheets of paper on the floor.

Touch clay or sand, knead with your hands, try putting footprints on clay, and experience it with the whole body. You will deepen your spirit of exploration by repeatedly making something from scratch or scraping and starting over. You will also enjoy the feeling of painting with light on a sandy canvas with sand spread over a light table shining from below.

■Know the light and the shadow

Materials can be projected by a projector onto a white cloth or wall that resembles a screen. By projecting materials, colors can be seen through, even a single object can be seen differently, and the properties of light and shadow can be felt. You can also enjoy the experience of adding creativity to the light table in Aterier by placing a combination of objects that allow light through and objects that do not.

■Material library of interesting materials and tools

This library is a collection of familiar materials from everyday life, such as natural objects, industrial products, and crafts that have been introduced by various experts, and you can encounter various expressive materials. This shelf, called the "shelf of inquiry," is a collection of materials and tools based on five themes related to "fish and sea," "insects and insects," "geology and stone," "crafts," and "industry," to arouse children's interest and curiosity. ■Works from Atelier

Atelier produces many unique works by children. You can enjoy various materials (materials), tools, and methods of expression to see the unique works.

Atelierista, an arts specialist who is a partner in children's exploration activities, supports children's activities with a variety of interests and interests. In the "project" activities, which are separated from parents and tackled only by children, through dialogue with Atelierista, students deepen their own expression of a single theme. At the end of the project activities, parents are invited to reflect on their children and their interests, and photos taken during the project activities are given as a souvenir.
