Background and Purpose of Collaboration with Hitachi Seaside Park
Ibaraki Prefecture has a rich natural environment with mountains, rivers, and coastlines, making it an ideal place for cycling. There are three designated cycling routes in the prefecture, and cycle tourism is thriving. This event will allow visitors to enjoy the lingering beauty of Nemophila flowers after strolling through Hitachi Seaside Park, regardless of weather or blooming conditions, and allow many people to enjoy this spring tradition of Ibaraki Prefecture.
