Harvest Vegetables at the Agri Garden Farm Guests can join a guided tour led by an expert staff member at the Agri Garden, a farm that cultivates over 120 varieties of vegetables and herbs each year. The tour offers insights into the unique soil of Nasu and the growth of different plants. Participants will harvest seasonal produce at its peak, such as eggplants, bell peppers, carrots, and turnips. These freshly picked vegetables are exceptionally juicy and sweet, building anticipation for the special brunch to come.
2. Simple, Dynamic Grilled Dishes with Freshly Harvested Vegetables The harvested vegetables are grilled on charcoal at a pop-up stall located next to the fields. The grilling process enhances the natural sweetness and flavor of the vegetables. Guests can complement their grilled vegetables with a choice of five sauces, including aged balsamic vinegar and anchovy mayonnaise. The course menu also includes spiced grilled pork and freshly baked apple pie.
3. Exclusive Seating Amidst Nature Special seating is available for three groups at a time, located along the edge of a vast 8,500-square-meter rice paddy. This location offers an unparalleled view of the picturesque rice fields and mountains. From September to November, guests can witness the gradual shift from lush green to a beautiful golden hue. The experience provides a tranquil brunch in the crisp autumn air, with a spectacular view all to themselves.
