About Cancellation fees
Will I have to pay Cancellation fees?
Cancellation policies vary by hotel and confirmed rate. Policies for specific reservations will be provided at the time of booking.
The following six special circumstances will not incur a cancellation fee:
Special Circumstances for waiving cancellation fees
If the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a special warning for the area of the hotel on the check-in or check-out date.
If a scheduled train service is canceled or a flight is subject to a no-charge waiver due to a natural disaster on the day of check-in or check-out.
If you are physically unable to arrive at the hotel due to a blockage of the highway or major national highway you plan to use on the day of check-in.
In the event of a change in the dates of stay due to fever or illness of the guest. However, the change must be made within 90 days of the original scheduled check-in date, and only once, for the same accommodation, the same number of nights and rooms.
If we are able to confirm the reservation of the same accommodation, same dates, and same number of rooms as the canceled reservation.
