How do I find my stay?

Reservations made on the Official Website

Please log in to My Account and confirm your reservation details.
My Account can be accessed by clicking the “Sign in”/ "My Stays” button from the upper left menu on the official website. (You can log in with your registered e-mail address and password.)

You can also log in from the link (URL) in your confirmation e-mail, whose title starts with "Your Reservation" sent when you completed the reservation.

Not a Hoshino Resorts Account member?

Please view your stay from the link (URL) in your confirmation e-mail, whose title starts with "Your Reservation" that was sent when you completed the reservation.

With your "Reservation Reference Number" and " Password” from the confirmation, click the “View reservation” button to open your reservation details.

If you would like to cancel your reservation, please click the "Cancel Reservation” button on the page.

Reservations made on the Official Call Center, Emails

If you have a reservation reference number, you can confirm your reservation details on our website. Please log in using the following link. If you don’t know your reservation reference number, please call us.

Important Notice Regarding Third-Party Booking Sites

We have received reports of unauthorized resales and related issues on certain online travel agencies, such as Agoda. Please note that our hotels in Japan do not have a direct contract with Agoda, and we are unable to verify or guarantee reservations made through their platform.

These incidents may cause serious problems, including:

  • The hotel not receiving your reservation, resulting in no room being prepared

  • Mismatched details between your booking and the hotel’s record (e.g., dates, room type, rate, number of guests, meals, etc.)

  • Inaccurate or misleading conditions shown on the booking page (e.g., room capacity, age restrictions, view, etc.)

  • Payment discrepancies at check-in due to differences between your booking and what the hotel received

  • Unreasonably high prices

  • Significant delays in reservation confirmation

For bookings made via third-party agencies, we may be unable to confirm, modify, or cancel your reservation. Please contact your booking agency directly for any inquiries.
