OMO Points will be earned by Hoshino Resorts account members who book and stay at OMO brand hotels through the official website. 10,000 OMO Points can be exchanged for a Hoshino Resorts coupon.

How to earn OMO Points	Please log in to your Hoshino Resorts Account and make a reservation on the official website to stay at the hotel. Points will be credited the day after check-out.
OMO Points eligible Rates	Total amount at the time of reservation (excluding tax and service charge)
OMO Points earned	OMO Points are displayed at the time of reservation. You can also check the points you will earn and your current balance on the 'My Account' page.
Date OMO points are granted	The day after check-out
OMO Points Expiration Date	The last day of the month, three years from the day following the check-out date.
OMO Points Confirmation	Please refer 'My Account’ page.
How to use OMO Points	10,000 points can be exchanged for a Hoshino Resorts Coupon (10,000 yen, Expiry: 1 year). Coupons can be used to make a reservation on the official website or to pay at the front desk of Hoshino Resorts in Japan. Only Hoshino Resorts Account members can apply for Hoshino Resorts Coupons through ’My Account’ page. For Hoshino Resorts Coupons redemption, OMO Points are consumed in the order of the date of grant. Hoshino Resorts Coupons applications cannot be cancelled. We do not ship outside of Japan.

Notes

OMO Points will not be earned for reservations made without logging into your Hoshino Resorts account, reservations made by phone, reservations including airline tickets, or reservations made through travel agencies, even if the hotel is eligible for points.
Please refer to the OMO Points expiration date on the 'My Account' page.
OMO points held in multiple accounts cannot be combined into a single account.
The number of points held and to be earned can only be confirmed on the Hoshino Resort Account Member's 'My Account' Page.
OMO Points are operated and provided by Hoshino Resorts Management Inc.
