Please refer to your confirmation email, whose title starts with "Your Reservation" sent when you completed the reservation of OMO Points-eligible hotels, or "My Account." If OMO Points are granted, it will be noted.

'My Account' can be accessed by clicking the “Sign in”/ "My Stays” button from the upper left menu on the official website.

• Please log in to your Hoshino Resorts Account and make a reservation on the official website to stay at the OMO Points-eligible hotels.

• If you were not logged into your Hoshino Resorts Account when you made a reservation at an OMO Points-eligible hotel, please cancel the existing reservation and make a new one after logging in.
