Exchange for Hoshino Resorts Coupons
10,000 points can be exchanged for a Hoshino Resorts Coupon (10,000 yen, Expiry: 1 year). When applying for the coupons, please note the following.
We only accept applications through the 'Order Form' in 'My Account'.
Only Hoshino Resorts Account members who have the OMO points can apply.
We do not ship outside of Japan.
Please note that you cannot cancel the application.
For Guests residing outside Japan
If a Hoshino Resorts Account member who applied for the Hoshino Resorts Coupon is the guest representative (the person who reserved the room) at an OMO-branded hotel, they can receive the coupon at check-in after a certain process.
Please note the following four points when applying for a coupon if you prefer to receive it at the hotel.
Hoshino Resorts Coupons can only be received if the person applying for the coupons is the same as the guest representative (the person who made the reservation).
Please present identification documents when receiving the Hoshino Resorts Coupons.
If you are a resident of Japan or your identification documents list a Japanese address, you will not receive Hoshino Resorts Coupons.
Please apply for Hoshino Resorts Coupons through 'My Account' at least 11 days prior to your check-in date.
Please register the address of the OMO hotel where you will be staying as the 'Delivery Address お届け先 住所' for the Hoshino Resorts Coupon.
OMO's address is available on the 'Contact' page, which you can access by clicking the button in the upper left menu on our official website. Links to our official websites are located at the bottom of this page.
Please add your check-in date to the 'Delivery Name お届け先 氏名' of the coupon beside your name.
