Aibase! dancing

"Aibase" is an Aizu dialect word meaning "together." The event kicks off with a powerful Wadaiko (Japanese drum) performance by the staff. For the grand finale, everyone joins in to dance around the Akabeko Yagura tower to the tune of the famous Aizu folk song, "Aizu Bandaisan."
"Akabeko" Cherry Blossom Viewing

We are hosting an event themed around Aizu's traditional toy, the "Akabeko." Our "Akabeko Sakura"—cherry-blossom-colored Akabeko arranged to look like blooming sakura flowers—will be illuminated at night, creating a uniquely magical atmosphere you won't find anywhere else. Enjoy the feeling of a traditional cherry blossom viewing while sipping local Aizu sake under these glowing Akabeko.
Aizu "Yoppara" Sake Festival

In the Aizu dialect, "Yoppara" means "plenty." This event allows you to fully enjoy the sake of Aizu, one of Japan's leading sake-producing regions with 30 breweries.
Morning Ramen Walk in the Snowfield

This is a limited activity for one group per day, where you can stroll through snowfields bathed in the morning glow and enjoy "morning ramen," a food culture of Aizu Kitakata.

Bandai starry sky viewing

Aizu Nomurier Fair
