[Weather & Operation]

・Hot air ballooning relies on natural elements. Operations may be temporarily suspended or canceled without prior notice due to rain, strong winds (wind speed 3m/s or more: equivalent to a flag fluttering vigorously), approaching thunderclouds, etc.
・On-the-day operation status will be announced on the official hotel Instagram (@BANDAISAN_ONSEN_HOTEL).

[Requirements & Restrictions]
・Available for both overnight guests and day-trip visitors.
・Up to 5 people per group can ride at the same time.
・For safety reasons, the following individuals are not permitted to ride:

　- Those who have consumed excessive alcohol
　- Those taking medication that affects physical condition or motor function
　- Pregnant individuals
　- Those with severe acrophobia (fear of heights) or claustrophobia
　- Those with pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., osteoporosis)

[Belongings & Photography]
・Photography with cameras or smartphones is allowed during the flight. Please use a wrist/neck strap to prevent accidental drops.
・The hotel and operating company cannot be held responsible for damage, malfunction, or loss of devices caused by drops.

[Insurance & Registration]
・Passenger insurance is included, but it may not cover accidents or injuries occurring while waiting, boarding, or disembarking.
・Prior to boarding, you will need to fill out an Application & Pledge Form. Please follow all staff instructions to ensure a safe experience.
